All Duke Kahanamoku T-shirts are made of a special brushed or combed cotton. Brushed or combed cotton is a second process used to remove extra impurities in the cotton which then allows the cotton to be aligned and thus feels much much softer. You can feel the difference and will continue to notice it wash after wash. The t-shirt will not harden and is pre-shrunk.
