Shipping Procedures and Return Information
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order leaves Island Moana. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email after all packages in your order have shipped.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. One shipment may arrive as several different packages based on the size or when items are ready to be shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.

Tracking Your Order
You may look up the progress of your Island Moana purchase online at any time of the day or night.
1. Sign in to IslandMoana.com using your email address and password.
2. Click on My Account and select the Order History tab.
3. In Order History, click on View Details to the right of the order you wish to view.
4. Click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date tracking information from USPS and/or FedEx.
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. For an additional $10 charge, you items can be sent on a Saturday when the service is available.
What is the return policy?
No hassle returns play a major role in the Island Moana shopping experience. It's much more comforting to shop around knowing that you can return any purchase that you are not completely satisfied with. We will refund your entire Island Moana purchase. We require only that we receive it within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and with all of its original packaging. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip that was sent along with your order, and note the correct address to send your return package.
Please note that you must call customer service at 1.800.976.9007 and/or email customerservice@islandmoana.com for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to initiate your return process. We are available from 9a.m.-9p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) everyday of the year. Our customer service staff will respond to you within one business day with your RMA #.
Please make sure we receive your returned purchase within 30 days of its original delivery to you with all the packaging intact. We provide the final date by which we must receive your return on your packing slip.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned merchandise. We regret that we cannot accept COD returns of any kind.
